Register With The Practice?

All new patients will be offered an appointment with the practice nurse for a new patient medical check and will have the opportunity to fill in a health questionnaire, giving details of medical history and lifestyle. Patients will be registered with the practice and not with an individual doctor. The practice will endeavour to comply with patients' requests to see a particular doctor, but this may not always be possible.
